Instructions
Lay desired pack on flat surface with the soft cotton side facing up.
Apply 1-2 tablespoons of Vanera Organic Castor Oil onto your liver area or onto the soft cotton side of your pack.
Place the pack over your liver area (under your right rib cage) or your abdomen then adjust the straps securely in place.
Wear pack for 30-60 minutes daily, several times a week, or as frequently as needed.

Pat the hot pack dry with a towel before applying it to your castor oil pack.
